Machine for one, no waiting. No matter what you're into, you'll find it easy to workout at RFC. Our compartmentalized facilities were designed to provide the right balance of space and privacy, so you're not exercising in front of the whole world. And we stay current with industry trends, so we have the most advanced machines at the ready for you to utilize. But the best part of your membership is the lack of waiting. We constantly monitor machine usage, so we have the right number of each in proportion to our member population. You get the machine you want, usually without any wait, even during peak times. Need some help bouncing back? At RFC, our expert massage therapists are skilled at offering soothing treatments that will free your mind and body of tension. They’re also trained in the science of muscle rejuvenation, masterfully working just the right tissues to help you gain the desired physical and psychological results. You’ll walk out a different person, with a renewed vigor and an improved outlook on life. Weight Room We've chosen the equipment with the finest reputation in the business — Cybex. These resistance machines are easy to use and can give you an intense, satisfying workout in no time. Our well-stocked weight room also includes: a Smith rack, cross-over cables, free weights including several Olympic bars, and a complete dumbbell set up to 70 lbs. Racquetball Courts We have four racquetball courts on which you can practice and hone your skills. This is a good way to get in a "competitive" workout, and have a great time too. Basketball By adding a regulation hoop to one of our racquetball courts, we've created the perfect set-up for half-court play. Tennis Courts Our two lighted tennis courts are at your disposal. As with our racquetball courts, there are no fees for members. Reservations can be made up to a week before your match. Swimming Pool Our heated pool is spacious and reinvigorating, for laps or just relaxing. You can also warm-up in our poolside hot tub. Sand Volleyball Courts We have three courts available for sand volleyball league play, making summer evenings extra special. Click here for information on sand volleyball leagues.
